You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe)
Credits do not expire
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
Pricing is subject to change with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to: - Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory - Create sexually explicit or pornographic content - Impersonate any person or entity - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

You retain ownership of the text and prompts you provide
Videos generated using our Service are owned by you
AI avatars and voices are licensed for commercial use in generated videos
You may use generated videos for advertising and marketing purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

GenFlik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
