GenFlik is committed to ensuring our platform is used responsibly. This Content Policy outlines what content is and is not permitted.

Prohibited Content

You may NOT use GenFlik to create:

**Explicit/Adult Content:** - Sexually explicit or pornographic material - Nudity or suggestive content - Content promoting sexual services

**Harmful Content:** - Violence, gore, or graphic content - Content promoting self-harm or suicide - Harassment, bullying, or hate speech - Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics

**Illegal Content:** - Content that violates any applicable laws - Promotion of illegal activities or substances - Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of others' intellectual property - Impersonation with intent to deceive or defraud

**Deceptive Content:** - Fake news or intentional misinformation - Scams or fraudulent schemes - Deepfakes intended to deceive - False testimonials or reviews

Permitted Use

GenFlik IS designed for: - Product marketing and advertising - Educational content - Entertainment (clearly fictional) - Business presentations - Social media content - Personal projects

Enforcement

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Violations may result in loss of credits without refund
• Repeat offenders will be permanently banned
• We may report illegal content to appropriate authorities
